    The House Appropriations Committee amended and approved HF 2713 to remove private schools from revolving loan fund eligibility. This bill will negatively impact public school districts. Now HF 2754 moves to the House Appropriations Calendar but not yet scheduled for debate. Contact your Representatives with opposition to provisions as discussed in this Call to Action.

    The House Appropriations Committee amended and approved the House's Charter School Omnibus Bill, HF 2713, moving it to the House Calendar. This bill goes much further than the Governor's Charter School Bill, HF 2699, still in the House Appropriations Committee.
